The location is fantastic, being a short walk from many of London’s popular attractions. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, making it a highlight of our stay. the beds in the room were old and uncomfortable, which really detracted from the experience. an issue with the thermostat made for an uncomfortable night. while there were some good aspects, I expected better from this kind of establishment.
